· Refer a friend scheme

We do not buy or receive any personal information from any other sources.

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you directly in regards any enquiry you have raised, ongoing work we are carrying out for you or for any proposed work and or services. Your information may also be used for any of our own promotions, services or changes to any documents.

We will NEVER share this information with any other individuals or organisations.

We will NEVER gain, try to gain or use any personal information for anyone under the age of 18 years.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting: hello@leedsgardens.uk

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

All data is stored securely with no external access. If your personal details are no long in use by ourselves for a period of 12 months we will contact you to advise and see if you want us to continue holding this information for future contact. If we have no response, all information will be securely removed from our systems.
