Where possible we will use your garden waste bin. However we are able to remove waste from the site if required but there would be a small charge for this that would be discussed in advance.
No, you are free to leave whenever you want. We would love for you to remain all year to complete the garden care packages we offer, but we under stand things change. All we ask is 4 weeks notice to ensure we don't have any wasted journeys.
Yes, once we have viewed the property, spoken with the customer and assessed what is required we will send an email with a full plan outlining everything we will be looking to achieve along with any other relevant paperwork.
Garden maintenance is required all year round to keep everything looking its best. Grass cuts generally are Mar-Oct but there is always something to be doing. Leaf collection, dead heading and thinning down plants and bushes to name a few. There is so much more to garden maintenance than just mowing the lawn and cutting a hedge.
Every year we make donations to 'Woodlands Trust' and 'The Arium, Leeds' as part of their plant a tree programs.
For every maintenance package we provide our customers we will make donations to plant trees. Qualifying packages need to have had 8 visits throughout the calendar year.
We also like to volunteer (when time allows) and actually get out there ourselves, planting for the future.
You most certainly can and we would love you to do so. As a token of our appreciation we can also offer you a discount off one of our visits or put in an extra donation to our 'Plant a Tree' program. T&C's apply and are available upon request.
You can indeed. You don't need to commit to one of our regular maintenance packages. However booking one off jobs might take us a little longer to get you fitted in depending on how busy we are at that time and what you work requires doing.
Yes, we have insurance to cover all areas of our work. Hopefully we never need to use it, but rest assured, its there should it be required.
We can currently accept 'cash' or 'bank transfer' for payments. Invoices/Receipts will be provided for all work carried out. For some services we may require a booking deposit in advance.
